Last month, Mingguang Keytec New Materials Co., Ltd. has been officially recognized as a "Green Factory" by the Chuzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology. This designation highlights our commitment to sustainable manufacturing, energy efficiency, and environmental responsibility.

Building upon this achievement, Keytec has now obtained dual certifications as both a "Smart Factory" and a "Green Factory," in addition to being acknowledged as a model enterprise for digital transformation. From its inception, the Mingguang facility was designed with a focus on intelligent, large-scale, and lean production of colorants. To achieve this, the factory operates a fully automated, centrally controlled production line, integrating Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Distributed Control Systems (DCS). This inter-connectivity enables streamlined, data-driven manufacturing processes that improve operational efficiency and product consistency.

Beyond automation, sustainability remains a core priority. To further minimize environmental impact, the facility utilizes advanced permanent magnet motors to reduce energy losses and enhance production efficiency while cutting down carbon emissions. Additionally, it implements a "no washing" design for equipment and has established a wastewater recycling system, achieving zero liquid discharge and significantly reducing resource wastage.
